Payment by the Province. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, upon receipt of a request for payment fully completed in accordance with this Schedule “J” (Requests for Payment and Payment Procedures), the Province will use its reasonable efforts to make a payment to the Recipient, if due and owing under the terms of the Agreement, in a timely manner.
