Notice of Advertising Campaigns. Recognizing that advertising can be an effective means of communicating with the public, the Recipient agrees that Canada or the Province, or both, may, at their own cost, organize an advertising or public information campaign in respect of the Project or the Agreement. However, such a campaign will respect the provisions of the Agreement. In the event of such a campaign, Canada or the Province will inform each other and the Recipient of its intention no less than 21 Business Days prior to the campaign launch.
