PAYMENT CREDITS. Each time the Owner makes a Payment to the contract, the Company will credit an amount equal to such Payment multiplied by the Payment Credit Percentage (see Specifications page). This amount will be credited to the contract's Accumulated Value. Each Payment Credit will be allocated in the same manner as its corresponding Payment.

PAYMENT CREDITS. Once the student’s financial responsibilities have been met, any excesses will be processed within forty-five days of the expiration of this HLA. Any housing payment excess will be applied to outstanding tuition account balances before issued as a refund.
PAYMENT CREDITS. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Loan Agreement or in the Indenture to the contrary, the Corporation shall be entitled to receive a credit against the payments required by Section 4.02 in the following situations:
PAYMENT CREDITS. The Minimum Payments paid by Triband to the lessors, sublessors and optionors, as applicable, in accordance with the underlying Agreements and paid by Triband to Owner shall be credited cumulatively to Triband's account and against the Purchase Price and Triband's Royalty payment obligations under this Agreement. All such payments made by Triband, together with all Royalty payments made by Triband, shall be credited cumulatively to Triband's account and against the Purchase Price.
PAYMENT CREDITS. The Minimum Payments paid by Lessee to Owner shall be credited cumulatively to Lessee's account and against Lessee's Royalty payment obligations to Owner, whether Royalty payment obligations accrue in the same or subsequent years during the term of the Agreement as payment of the Minimum Payments. No Royalty payment obligation shall accrue until all Minimum Payments previously paid to Owner are credited in full. The right to credit Minimum Payments shall expire upon termination of this Agreement.
PAYMENT CREDITS. The bonus payment and the Minimum Payments paid by Miranda to Owner shall be credited cumulatively to Miranda's account and against Miranda's Royalty payment obligations. In no event shall Miranda pay to Owner in any Lease Year an amount less than the Minimum Payment payable for such Lease Year.
