LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. Upon the execution of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall pay the initial License Fee to SESAC which amount shall be prorated (if applicable) to reflect payment for the period from the Effective Date through the end of such License Fee Period. The License Fee for each License Fee Period thereafter shall be submitted to SESAC on or before the commencement of such License Fee Period.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. In partial consideration of the rights granted hereunder, Licensee shall pay to Licensor a “License Fee” determined in accordance with Section 6.2. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the License Fee is a net amount unreduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. Licensee shall pay to Licensor a license fee determined in accordance with this Article 5 (the “VOD License Fee”). The VOD License Fee specified herein is a net amount unreduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee (except for taxes relating to Licensor’s income). The VOD License Fee for each VOD Avail Year during the VOD Avail Term shall be the aggregate total of all VOD Per-Program License Fees due for all VOD Included Programs whose VOD Availability Date occurs during each such VOD Avail Year, calculated as set forth below.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. In partial consideration of the rights granted hereunder, Licensee shall pay to Licensor the SVOD License Fee and the FVOD License Fee (collectively, “License Fee”) determined in accordance with this Article 4. The License Fee specified herein is a net amount unreduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. Licensee shall pay to Licensor the “License Fee” determined in accordance with this Article 5. Without limiting the definition of Actual Retail Price set forth above and except as otherwise set forth herein (includingbelow in Section 5.1 of the Principal Terms and Article 8.6 of Schedule A), the License Fee and other payments from Licensee to Licensor specified herein isare exclusive of and not reduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. A. Upon the execution of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall make an initial License Fee payment equal to the License Fee for the initial License Fee Period, prorated (if applicable) to reflect payment for the period from the Effective Date through the end of the initial billing period (as set forth in Paragraph 2.B, below) during the Term.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. Upon the execution of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall pay the initial License Fee to SESAC for the initial License Fee Period, which amount shall be prorated (if applicable) to reflect payment for the period from the Effective Date through the end of such License Fee Period. The License Fee for each License Fee Period thereafter shall be submitted to SESAC on or before the last day of such License Fee Period. If LICENSEE pays the License Fees for an entire calendar year on or before January 31 of such year, the License Fees otherwise payable for such calendar year shall be reduced by fifteen percent (15%).
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT a) The License Fees for each calendar month or portion thereof during the License Term shall be due and payable in advance on the first day of each month during the License Term without any setoff or deduction whatsoever; and Tenant shall pay the License Fees monthly, in advance, on or before the first day of each calendar month, and without demand. All installments of the License Fees which are not paid within five (5) Working Days of the date when due will bear interest, and if not paid within five (5) Working Days' notice thereof shall be subject to a late charge of five percent (5%) of the amount then due, and be subject to the provisions of Section 8.1
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. In addition to the fee paid by ALNYLAM pursuant to Section 2.9, ALNYLAM has previously paid PROTIVA an upfront license fee of [**] for the licenses granted to ALNYLAM under Section 4.1 of this Agreement. PROTIVA acknowledges the full receipt of such payment.
LICENSE FEE; PAYMENT. The fee for this license is $ (20% of this total is taxable due to out of water storage). After May 1, 2020 a fee will be charged, and Licensee agrees to pay, of $3.00 per foot for each day or any part thereof that the vessel remains on land. Payment of 50% of the license fee, by cash or check subject to collection, is due on the date of this agreement. Financing charges apply to any balance not paid in full at signing at 1.5% per month. Full payment is due by May 31, 2019 or the deposit/payments are forfeited. Deposits/payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds.
