Effect on Benefits a. Employees on Family and Medical Leave shall be covered by District Life Insurance Group Coverage and Hospital-Medical, Dental, Vision Group Coverage as though they were in active service.
Termination Consequences In the event of this agreement being determined whether by effluxion of time Notice breach or otherwise:
Termination with Immediate Effect 5.6 If the Secretary of State has cause to serve a notice on the Company under section 165 of the Education Xxx 0000 and a determination (from which all rights of appeal have been exhausted) has been made that the Academy shall be struck off the Register of Independent Schools, he may terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Company such termination to take effect on the date of the notice. Request to consider termination if the Academy is financially unsustainable
Effect on Termination of Negotiating Successor Agreement If either Party provides Notice of Termination pursuant to Section 6.3 and, on or before the noticed date of termination (the End Date), either Party has requested negotiation of a new Interconnection agreement, such notice shall be deemed to constitute a Bona Fide Request to negotiate a replacement agreement for Interconnection, services or Network Elements pursuant to §252 of the Act and this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new Interconnection agreement between CLEC and CenturyLink; or, (b) one-hundred sixty (160) Days after the requested negotiation or such longer period as may be mutually agreed upon, in writing, by the Parties, or
Effect on Contract Except as specifically required to implement the purposes of this Section of the Contract, all other terms of the Contract shall remain in force and effect.
Termination of Coverage This Contract may be terminated as follows:
Effect on Agreement Other than as specifically amended herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination of Benefits Except as provided in Section 2 above or as may be required by law, Executive’s participation in all employee benefit (pension and welfare) and compensation plans of the Company shall cease as of the Termination Date. Nothing contained herein shall limit or otherwise impair Executive’s right to receive pension or similar benefit payments that are vested as of the Termination Date under any applicable tax-qualified pension or other plans, pursuant to the terms of the applicable plan.
Termination/Changes We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
