Common use of Payment for Additional Utilities and Services Clause in Contracts

Payment for Additional Utilities and Services. (a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Days, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord.

Payment for Additional Utilities and Services. (a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC I-IVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Days, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord.

Payment for Additional Utilities and Services. (a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC heating, ventilation and air conditioning service at times other than Business Hours on Business Days, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord.

(a) Upon If Tenant requests that Landlord furnish HVAC service to Tenant at times other than Minimum HVAC Hours on business days, then, upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing such HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Daysservice, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord, which rate shall not include a profit increment for Landlord.

(a) Upon If, in its sole and absolute discretion, Landlord elects to furnish HVAC service to office space tenants of the Building at times other than Minimum HVAC Hours on business days, then, upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing such HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Daysservice, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord.

(a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Days, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord; provided, however, the rate shall be proportionately reduced to the extent other tenants in the Building use the HVAC service during the same hours as used by Tenant.

(a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Days, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord. If such extended service is not a continuation of that furnished during regular Business Hours as described above, Landlord may require that Tenant pay for a minimum of three (3) hours of such service.

(a) Upon If, at Tenant’s request, Landlord elects to furnish HVAC service to office space tenants of the Project at times other than Minimum HVAC Hours on business days, then, upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing such HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Daysservice, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord.

(a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Days, Landlord shall furnish such service to Tenant and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate reasonably established for the Building by Landlord, based upon Landlord's cost.

(a) Upon request by Tenant in accordance with the procedures established by Landlord from time to time for furnishing HVAC service at times other than Business Hours on Business Daystime, Landlord shall furnish such HVAC service to Tenant at times other than during Business Hours and Tenant shall pay for such services on an hourly basis at the then prevailing rate established for the Building by Landlord.
