Payment for Annual. Holidays will be made for the agreed portion of the entitlement at the greater of:
19.11.1 The Employee’s ordinary weekly pay as at the beginning of the Annual Holiday; or
19.11.2 The Employee’s average weekly earnings for the 12 months immediately before the end of the last pay period before the Annual Holiday.
Payment for Annual. Fees for years 3 through 5 after Final System Acceptance will occur annually on the anniversary of Final System Acceptance.
