PAYMENT FOR INSPECTION SERVICES. The monies due the Department for staff and inspection work and use of vehicles and equipment as determined in Subsection 7.11.1, OVERTIME AND NIGHT PAYMENT FOR DEPARTMENT INSPECTION SERVICE shall be deducted from the monies due or to become due the Contractor. In any and all events, the Contractor shall not pay the Department’s employees directly.
