Payment for Off-Spec Gas. Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this § 8a (Off-Spec Gas), the Buyer's obligation to pay for quantities of Natural Gas delivered pursuant to an Individual Contract, in accordance with § 13 (Invoicing and Payment), shall not be affected or diminished by the delivery of Off-Spec Gas.
