Payment for Start up Power. The Seller shall be liable to pay, for the power and energy consumed for start-up of the Project and commissioning, to the PDD or distribution Licensee(s) in whose area the Project is located or such other entity from whom such power/energy is sourced, at the then prevalent rates payable by such industrial consumers.
