Payment In Full Satisfaction of All Rights. The delivery of the Closing Per Share Cash Amount to the Shareholders with respect to the Shareholders' Converted Shares and the notification of the Parent's stock transfer agent with respect to the Closing Per Share Common Stock Amount shall be deemed to be payment in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to the outstanding Converted Shares except for the right to receive additional shares of Parent Common Stock and cash pursuant to Section 1.9.
Payment In Full Satisfaction of All Rights. The delivery of the Exchange Consideration to the Shareholders with respect to their shares shall be deemed to be payment in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to the outstanding shares.
