Payment in Lieu on Termination of Employment a) A payment in lieu of long service leave made on the termination of a staff member's service: i) will be calculated at the staff member's ordinary rate of pay applicable immediately before the termination; and ii) will be made to the staff member as soon as practicable following the termination or, if the staff member has died, to the personal representative of the staff member on request.
