Payment Made in Other Currencies. Except otherwise agreed between you and us in writing, each payment received by us from you or made by us for you (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include payment received in relation to (a) the crediting into any Account; (b) the payment of any sum due to us; or (c) the payment in connection with any Investment or Transaction) may be converted by us at our absolute discretion without prior notification or approval from you at such rate of exchange as we may conclusively determine, and you shall bear the cost of such conversion. We are authorized to debit any Account in relation to the costs, charges or exchange losses incurred by you in connection with such conversion.
