Payment modalities. 1. The Council of Europe shall pay the amount mentioned in Article 1 (1) in two instalments, as follows: • <percentage> % within 30 days of receipt of this Agreement duly signed; • the balance within 30 days of receipt and approval of the documents specified in Article 2.2 d) and e). 1 All reports should, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, be submitted in one of the official languages of the Council of Europe (English or French).
