Common use of Payment of Actual Costs Clause in Contracts

Payment of Actual Costs. The District agrees to pay the actual cost of providing services under this Agreement. Said costs include salary and benefits for the assigned ACSO personnel and are identified in the 2020-2021 budget attached hereto as Exhibit B “FY 2020-2021 Cost Estimate 3,” which reflects amounts required for such personnel in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreements.
