Additional Staffing. When staffing levels exceed the minimum levels listed herein, additional staffing must be authorized on the Resource Order. Staffing rate of pay shall be: a. Volunteer or Part-time Firefighters: Volunteer or part-time firefighter’s rate of pay shall not exceed the current USFS AD Pay Plan for the position listed on the Resource Order. b. Full-time Career-staff: Full-time Career-staff payroll costs shall be in accordance with their agreement.

Additional Staffing. The City shall assign adequate professional environmental staff to implement this Agreement. This shall include establishment of two new environmental staff positions with expertise in fisheries, wildlife, recreation, visual quality, cultural resources, and erosion control. One staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the Anadromous Fish Flow Plan and the Anadromous And Resident Fish Non-Flow Plan. The second staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the wildlife, recreation/visual quality, and cultural resource agreements.
Additional Staffing. The parties recognize the vital role that tenured and tenure-track faculty play in academic life of the University, and share a commitment to emphasizing the role of tenured and tenure-track faculty in teaching and librarianship at the University. Consistent with department/library needs and University resources, the University will give first consideration to adding tenure-track positions when adding staff to meet increased student demand.
Additional Staffing. The District can request additional ACSO coverage on an as- needed basis, and shall compensate any additional Deputy Sheriffs that are assigned to the District on the terms and in the amount mutually agreed to in writing by ACSO and the District, which writing may be transmitted by email, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and subject to the Chancellor’s approval as described in Section 2 above.

This shall include establishment of two new environmental staff positions with expertise in fisheries, wildlife, recreation, visual quality, cultural resources, and erosion control. One staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the settlement agreement on fisheries. The second staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the wildlife, recreation and aesthetics, and erosion control agreements, and this TCP Agreement and other cultural resource agreements.
Additional Staffing. Staffing in addition to event staffing may be provided by Landlord, at Tenant's expense, provided that to the extent, and only the extent, such additional staffing is (i),requested by Tenant or (ii) necessary in Landlord's reasonable discretion in order to provide a safe environment for the attendees of the County Fair or Tenant Events, due to events proximately caused by the holding of the County Fair or Tenant Events (and not as a result of a Force Majeure, Emergency or failure of Landlord to fulfill its Maintenance and Capital Repair obligations), and Landlord has provided Tenant with prior written notice of the necessity of providing such additional staffing, the cost of such additional staffing shall be reimbursed by Xxxxxx. Landlord shall not be obligated to provide additional staffing requested by Xxxxxx, unless Xxxxxx and Landlord subsequently agree as to which Party will be responsible for the expense thereof.
Additional Staffing. In order to process Subsequent Approvals as promptly as reasonably required by Developer, City shall consider whether, at the request and expense of Developer, it should hire plan check, inspection and other personnel, or hire additional consultants for such actions, such that the time limits of Developer can be achieved. City shall consult in good faith with Developer as to any additional consultants to be hired pursuant to this Section.
