Payment of Amendment Fee. The Company shall have paid a fee to each Noteholder equal to 0.05% multiplied by the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes held by such Noteholder.
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall have paid to the Bank a fee in connection with this Amendment No. 5 in an amount equal to 0.075% multiplied by the Revolving Loan Committed Amount.
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrowers shall have paid in full to the Administrative Agent, for ratable distribution to those Lenders that have signed this Agreement on or prior to October 15, 1997, an amount equal to the Amendment Fee, and any other separately agreed upon fees.
Payment of Amendment Fee. Borrower shall have paid to Bank an amendment fee in the amount of $25,000; and
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Amendment Fee, which fee may be paid as a charge to Borrower’s Loan Account.
Payment of Amendment Fee. Each Lender which shall have delivered (by facsimile or otherwise) an executed signature page to this Amendment to the Administrative Agent on or prior to 12:00 p.m. on February 11, 2010 shall have received payment of, without duplication and as consideration for the execution of this Amendment, an amendment fee equal to 0.50% of the respective Commitments of such Lenders.
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrowers shall have paid to the Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders which have executed this Amendment but have not executed Amendment No. 1 to the Credit and Security Agreement, a non-refundable amendment fee, which shall be fully earned when paid, in an amount of up to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000); provided, however, each such signing Lender’s share of such fee shall be equal to its respective Revolving Percentage of such Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000); and
Payment of Amendment Fee. Borrower shall have paid to Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, the Amendment Fee.
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall have paid to the Agent an amendment fee of $75,000 as contemplated by a separate agreement among the Agent and the Company.
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall have paid a fee in connection with this Amendment in an amount equal to 0.25% multiplied by the aggregate Commitments (as reduced by this Amendment) less fifteen million dollars (representing, in part, the payment to be made on December 31, 1999) for the account of each Lender pro rata according to such Lender's aggregate Commitment; provided, however, that such fee shall be payable only to those Lenders that shall have returned executed signature pages to this Amendment no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 1999 as directed by the Agent.
