When Paid Sample Clauses
When Paid. Personal leave pay will be at the employee’s regular rate as defined in Article 19, in effect when the personal leave is taken, and will be included in the employee’s next paycheck unless there is a technical malfunction of applicable Information Technology Support Department equipment.
When Paid. Permit pay will be paid in the pay period following the pay period in which the slips are turned in at the Treasurer's Office.
When Paid. All overtime earned during a pay period shall be paid on the normal payday for that pay period.
When Paid. (a) Subject to this Agreement, the LCLI Administrator agrees to pay the LCLI Reimbursement to Council in six monthly instalments, to be claimed in February and July and to be paid in March and August each year following receipt of the required documentation and invoice, until the total LCLI Reimbursement is paid but no later than 31 March 2031.
(b) The LCLI Administrator will pay each instalment of the LCLI Reimbursement to Council subject to the submission to the LCLI Administrator of the following by Council:
(i) a LCLI Reimbursement Instalment Claim for the applicable LCLI Reimbursement Instalment Period.
(ii) a Tax Invoice for the instalment of LCLI Reimbursement claimed.
(iii) Bank statements for the applicable LCLI Reimbursement Instalment Period evidencing all interest paid by Council on the Loan during that period.
(iv) a Progress Report (if applicable) for the applicable LCLI Reimbursement Instalment Period.
(v) Any other information reasonably required by the LCLI Administrator.
(c) The LCLI Administrator may delay the payment of any instalments to align with any batch of payments due to other councils under the scheme.
When Paid. Any employee work works on Saturday shall receive their compensatory time within ten (10) workdays. If the comp time cannot be scheduled, they shall receive overtime pay at 1½ times their hourly rate provided the employees has worked more than forty (40) hours during the week prior to Saturday or Sunday.
When Paid. (A) A deceased Participant’s Spouse who meets the eligibility requirements under Section 7.1(A) shall have a Pension Commencement Date of the first day of the calendar month next following the date of the selection of the type of Pre- Retirement Death Benefit, with the payment to be made retroactive to the first day of the calendar month next following the date of the Participant's death. The monthly benefits will continue for the lifetime of the Spouse with the last payment to be made on the first of the calendar month of the Spouse’s death if he/she selects the Qualified Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit.
(B) A deceased Participant’s Spouse who meets the eligibility requirements under Section 7.1(B) and has selected the Qualified Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit shall have a pension commencement date on the first day of the calendar month next following the date the deceased Participant would have become age 55. The monthly benefits will continue for the lifetime of the Spouse with the last payment to be made on the first day of the calendar month of the death of the Spouse.
When Paid. Rent shall be payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month during the term hereof. Rent for any partial month at the commencement or termination of this Lease shall be prorated, based upon the daily Rent then in effect (calculated on the basis of a 365-day year) and the number of days during the month that the term of this Lease is in effect.
When Paid. The Public Holiday pay shall be paid to the employee on the pay cheque during which the Public Holiday has taken place.
When Paid. Time and one-half the employee's hourly rate of pay shall be paid for work as follows:
(A) All work in excess of eight hours per day.
(B) All work in excess of forty hours in any week.
(C) Any work on a holiday recognized by the Board.
When Paid. This payment shall be made annually on the second pay period in July, except in the event of retirement, death or voluntary resignation, in which case payment shall be made at the time of retirement, death or resignation.
