Common use of Payment of Bid Project Cost Clause in Contracts

Payment of Bid Project Cost. 23.3.1 40% (forty per cent) of the Bid Project Cost , adjusted for the Price Index Multiple, shall be due and payable to the Concessionaire in 10 (ten) equal installments of 4% (four per cent) each during the Construction Period in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.4. 23.3.2 The remaining Bid Project Cost, adjusted for the Price Index Multiple, shall be due and payable in 30 (thirty) biannual installments commencing from the 180th (one hundred and eightieth) day of COD in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.6.

The remaining Bid Project Cost, adjusted for the Price Index Multiple, Cost shall be due and payable in 30 19 (thirtynineteen) biannual installments instalments commencing from the 180th completion of 6 (one hundred and eightiethsix) day of months from COD in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.621.4.

Payment of Bid Project Cost. 23.3.1 4050% (forty fifty per cent) of the Bid Project Cost , adjusted for the Price Index Multiple, shall be due and payable to the Concessionaire in 10 5 (tenfive) equal installments of 410% (four Ten per cent) each during the Construction Period in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.4. 23.3.2 The remaining Bid Project Cost, adjusted for the Price Index Multiple, shall be due and payable in 30 (thirty) biannual installments commencing from the 180th (one hundred and eightieth) day of COD in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.6.

The remaining Bid Project Cost, adjusted for the Price Index Multiple, Cost shall be due and payable in 30 19 (thirtynineteen) biannual installments instalments commencing from the 180th completion of 6 (one hundred and eightiethsix) day of months from COD in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.621.4.
