Common use of Payment of Brokers Clause in Contracts

Payment of Brokers. Landlord shall pay the commissions due those real estate brokers or agents named in Section 1(k). If Tenant has dealt with any other person or real estate broker with respect to leasing or renting space in the Building, Tenant shall be solely responsible for the payment of any fee due said person or firm and Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless against any liability in respect thereto, including Landlord's attorneys' fees and costs in defense of any such claim.
