Payment of Change Notices. Payment of agreed Change Notices will be made in accordance with the payment plans established and approved for each Change Notice. Such payments plans shall be submitted with each Change Notice for review by the Change Review Board, and shall be synchronised, as far as possible, with the payment plans already defined in Appendix 1 hereto.
