Payment of Charter Earnings. All Earnings which the relevant Owner is entitled to receive under the Charter Documents shall be paid in the manner required by the Security Documents (and, if the Charterer is a Group Member, without any set-off or counter-claim and free and clear of any deductions or withholdings).
