Tenant shall pay on demand Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in successfully enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease continuing beyond applicable notice, grace and cure periods or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 6.4.
