Common use of Payment of Cost of Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Payment of Cost of Enforcement. Each Party covenants to pay on demand the other Party’s expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in enforcing any obligation under this Lease or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease, provided that the Party claiming under this Section is successful in enforcing such obligation or has a right under this Lease to cure such default.
