Payment of Debt or Delinquency to the State. As required by §2252.903 of the Texas Government Code, Expert agrees that any payments owing to Expert under this Agreement may be applied directly toward any debt or delinquency that Expert owes the state of Texas or any agency of the state of Texas regardless of when it arises, until the debt or delinquency is paid in full.
