Acceptance of Materials. MD Xxxxxxxx shall have the right to examine, inspect and test each Material provided to MD Xxxxxxxx under the Agreement. MD Xxxxxxxx shall notify Bellicum in writing of any Material that does not comply with the Specifications for such Material, or meet the requirements described in Section 2.5, and may reasonably reject, or refuse acceptance of, any such Material.
Acceptance of Materials. Contractor shall receive and accept all Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Plant Materials, Food Scraps, Organic Materials, C&D Debris, and Acceptable Public Recycling Center Materials delivered to the SEC by: Member Agencies and their Collection Contractor(s). Self-Haulers that are from the general public and businesses located within or outside of the SBWMA Service Area. Commercial haulers doing business within the SBWMA Service Area. Other haulers approved by the Authority. In addition to the items listed in subsection B.1 above, materials accepted by Contractor at the Transfer Station shall include: White Goods Sofas Scrap metal Cardboard Lumber Inert materials including, but not limited to concrete, asphalt, and rock Garage Doors Tires Mattresses and box springs
Acceptance of Materials. 3.1 The order of precedence for acceptance of materials shall be as under :-
(a) Materials with ISI markings.
(b) In case of non manufacture of ISI marked materials, materials confirming to relevant IS.
(c) In case of non availability of materials at (a) and (b) above the best available materials in the market as defined in clause 1.3 (b) of SSR 1991 Part I and as approved by GE.
Acceptance of Materials. The Contractor of any of his responsibilities for meeting all of the requirements of the Specifications and shall not prevent subsequent rejection if such material or equipment is later found to be defective or not conforming to the Specifications.
Acceptance of Materials. GSTV reserves the right to refuse or reject any Materials supplied by Advertiser that are not consistent with GSTV’s then-applicable editorial policies and/or standards or is otherwise objectionable to GSTV. In addition, GSTV shall have the right, at any time, to cease display and distribution of any Materials if GSTV determines, in its sole discretion, that the Materials or any portion thereof (a) violate GSTV’s then-applicable editorial policies, (b) violate any applicable law, regulation, ordinance or other governmental restriction, or (c) are otherwise objectionable to GSTV or its location partners. If GSTV rejects Materials and Advertiser fails to modify such Materials as requested by GSTV within 72 hours prior to air, GSTV will be relieved of its broadcast obligation, but Advertiser shall remain liable for full payment.
Acceptance of Materials. Certification, sampling, and acceptance of materials will be based upon manufacturer's certification. All proposed materials will be subject to the designated Forest Service official’s approval prior to application.
Acceptance of Materials. The Customer shall inspect each item of Materials delivered pursuant to this Agreement. The Customer shall immediately notify the Company of any discrepancies between such item of Materials and the description of the Materials listed above. If the Customer fails to provide such notice in writing within 3 days after the delivery of the Materials, the Customer will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the Materials.
Acceptance of Materials. Commercial haulers doing business within the SBWMA Service Area. 296 iv. Other haulers approved by the Authority. 297 2. In addition to the items listed in subsection B.1 above, materials accepted by 298 Contractor at the Transfer Station shall include: 299 x. Xxxxx Goods 300 ii. Sofas 301 iii. Scrap metal 302 iv. Cardboard 303 v. Lumber 304 vi. Inert materials including, but not limited to concrete, asphalt, and rock 305 vii. Garage Doors 306 viii. Tires 307 ix. Mattresses and box springs 308 C. Materials from Outside Service Area. Neither the Contractor nor a Member or an 309 Affiliated Company may bring materials from outside the SBWMA Service Area 310 without prior written approval of the Authority.
Acceptance of Materials. Acceptance of the Materials shall occur after the Materials pass post- delivery inspections and tests. The fact that Puget Sound Fire uses the Materials for the inspection and tests shall not constitute acceptance. Upon acceptance of the Materials and payment by Puget Sound Fire pursuant to this Agreement, ownership and title of the Materials shall pass to Puget Sound Fire.
Acceptance of Materials. Xxxxx also acknowledges, agrees and stipulates that installation of materials shall unequivocally constitute irrevocable acceptance of materials.
