Payment of Early Termination Amount. Within thirty (30) days of the Early Termination Date, EESI shall notify SBC of the amount of the Early Termination Amount. SBC or EESI, a the case may be, shall, within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of such notice, pay the other Party the Early Termination Amount to EESI, with interest at the Interest Rate from the Early Termination Date until paid. On the due date of any Early Termination Amount, each Party shall pay to the other Party all additional amounts payable by it pursuant to this Agreement. The provisions of this Section 3.5.3 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Early Termination Fee After this contract goes into effect, if you terminate this contract for any reason, or switch your service to a different electricity generation supplier or default service supplier prior to the end of the contract term, you will be responsible for paying XOOM Energy an early termination fee in the amount of $500.
