Common use of Payment of EIB Clause in Contracts

Payment of EIB. EIB will be compensated at the nurse’s base rate of pay plus 16 shift pay.

Payment of EIB. EIB will be compensated at the nurse’s base regular hourly 16 rate of pay including all applicable differentials, defined as base wage plus 16 certification 17 and shift pay.
