Payment of Franchise Payments. 3.1 The Authority shall notify the Franchisee, no less than seven (7) days prior to the start of each Reporting Period (or, in the case of the first Reporting Period following the EMA Start Date, as soon as reasonably practicable), of the amount of the Franchise Payment payable in respect of that Reporting Period.
