Payment of Funding. 4.1. Subject to the provisions of the ARC Act, the terms of this Agreement and sufficient program funding being available for the Scheme, the Commonwealth shall pay the Funds to the Administering Organisation for each Project in progressive monthly instalments in accordance with the Funding Offer except for LIEF, which receives annual payment(s).
