Group Benefits To determine if a leave under the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act will be a paid or unpaid leave, contact the District’s Human Resources Department.
Post-Retirement Benefits The present value of the expected cost of post-retirement medical and insurance benefits payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to its employees and former employees, as estimated by the Borrower in accordance with procedures and assumptions deemed reasonable by the Required Lenders is zero.
Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.
Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
Benefit Payments Benefit Payments, as referred to in this Agreement, means the sum of (i) Claims, as described in Xxxxxxxxx 0 xxxxx, (xx) Cash Surrender Values, as described in Paragraph 3 below, and (iii) Annuity Payments, as described in Paragraph 7 below.
Defined Benefit Pension Plans The Borrower will not adopt, create, assume or become a party to any defined benefit pension plan, unless disclosed to the Lender pursuant to Section 5.10.
Death Benefits Upon the Executive’s death during the Contract Period, the Executive’s estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.
