Payment of Impositions, etc. Subject to Section 1.8 (relating to permitted contests), the Trustor will pay or cause to be paid before the same would become delinquent and before any fine, penalty, interest or cost may be added for non-payment, all taxes, assessments, water and sewer rates, charges, license fees, inspection fees and other governmental levies or payments, of every kind and nature whatsoever, general and special, ordinary and extraordinary, unforeseen as well as foreseen, which at any time may be assessed, levied, confirmed, imposed or which may become a lien upon the Trust Premises, or any portion thereof, or which are payable with respect thereto, or upon the rents, issues, income or profits thereof, or on the occupancy, operation, use, possession or activities thereof, whether any or all of the same be levied directly or indirectly or as excise taxes or as income taxes, and all taxes, assessments or charges which may be levied on the Secured Obligations, or the interest thereon (collectively, the "Impositions").
