Common use of Payment of Invoice Clause in Contracts

Payment of Invoice. The payment of an invoice by the Institution shall not prejudice the Institution's right to object to or question any invoice or matter in relation thereto. Such payment by the Institution shall neither be construed as acceptance of any part of the work or service provided nor as an approval of any of the amounts invoiced therein. To ensure payment is made in a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit ALL invoices for the Institution electronically to xx@xxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx. Contractor agrees that no payment shall be made until the Contractor is officially registered through the Institution’s Vendor Portal and provide all registration information requirements.
