Common use of PAYMENT OF LOAN FEE Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT OF LOAN FEE. Borrower shall pay Bank a fee in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) ("Loan Fee") plus all out-of-pocket expenses.

PAYMENT OF LOAN FEE. Borrower shall pay to Bank a fee in the amount of Fifteen Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) (the "Committed Line Loan Fee") plus Six Thousand Dollars ($15,0006,000) (the "Equipment 2 Line Loan Fee") plus all out-of-pocket expenses.
