PAYMENT OF PRODUCER COMPENSATION. Your General Agent has authorized Us to pay You directly. The General Agent may revoke the pay direct authorization by requesting Us to terminate without cause this Agreement. Your General Agent acknowledges that You may be entitled to compensation after termination under this Agreement which will be paid directly by Us. If Your earnings after termination fall below $650 in any consecutive 12 month period, any future renewal earnings will be paid to the General Agent.
