Common use of Payment of Professional Dues Clause in Contracts

Payment of Professional Dues. Employer shall pay all dues of Employee in any professional association to which the Employee may find it necessary to belong in order to carry out his duties, and promote the business of Employer. In addition, Employer will pay for the purchase of professional periodicals, newspapers, and magazines which Employee may find necessary in order to carry out his duties.
