Payment of Real Property Taxes by Landlord. The Landlord shall, without derogating from any of the Tenant's obligations with respect to payment of Additional Rent, pay or cause to be paid when due to the municipality or other taxing authorities having jurisdiction all Real Property Taxes, PROVIDED ALWAYS that the Landlord may postpone such payment to the extent permitted by law if pursuing in good faith any appeal against the imposition thereof.
