Visitor Parking Sample Clauses
Visitor Parking. So long as this Lease is in effect, Tenant's visitors and guests will be entitled to use those specific parking areas which are designated for short term visitor parking and which are located within the surface parking area(s), if any, and/or within the parking structure(s) which serve the Building. Visitor parking will be made available at a charge to Tenant's visitors and guests, with the rate being established by Landlord in its discretion from time to time. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may elect to validate such parking for its visitors and guests. All such visitor parking will be on a non-exclusive, in common basis with all other visitors and guests of the Development.
Visitor Parking. Parking in spaces designated as “visitor” parking is temporary parking available on a first come, first served basis. No overnight parking is permitted in a “visitor” parking space.
Visitor Parking. In addition to such parking spaces for use by Tenant's employees, Landlord shall permit access to the parking areas for Tenant's visitors, subject to availability of spaces.

Visitor Parking. Visitors are defined as anyone entering the garage without an assigned access card who is visiting your company. This includes all vendors, training candidates, interviewees, meeting members, clients, and customers, or those individuals without a parking card.

The Landlord shall at all times during the Term designate for the benefit of licensees and invitees of the Tenant, visitor parking facilities and the Landlord reserves the right to impose reasonable charges upon any licensee and invitee of the Tenant for the use of same. Notwithstanding the above and only prior to July 1, 2003, the Landlord agrees that it shall not impose any visitor parking charge payable by the Tenant. ARTICLE
Visitor Parking. Landlord agrees to provide adequate “visitor parking” within the automobile parking structure. Said spaces shall be reserved for visitors doing business in the Building and unless otherwise provided, employees and other users of the automobile parking area who are not patrons doing business in the building shall be prohibited from using said spaces. Said spaces shall be located with easy access to the Building.
Visitor Parking. Available for member’s visitors on quiet days at the discretion of the Operations Manager or his authorized Assistant.

Licensee's visitors and guests shall pay therefor the then current market rates established by the operator of the parking facilities. Licensee, at its sole cost and expense, may elect to validate such parking for its visitors and guests. All such visitor parking will be on a non-exclusive, in common basis with all other tenants, visitors and guests of the Facility.
