Payment of Refunds. All refunds will be credited to the same Funding Instrument used to pay for the Transaction. Refunds are only made in currency you have paid us and will not be adjusted to account for changes in the value of the currency amount or any other foreign currency from the time your Transaction was submitted. Except in the case of a refund related to a valid claim that your payment was unauthorised, if the Funding Instrument you used to pay for the original Transaction is no longer valid and we are unable to find a mutually acceptable solution, we are under no obligation to make the refund.
