PAYMENT OF RENTAL AND OTHER SUMS. All rental and other sums which Lessee is required to pay hereunder shall be the unconditional obligation of Lessee and shall be payable in full when due without any setoff, abatement, deferment, deduction or counterclaim whatsoever. Upon execution of this Lease, Lessee shall establish arrangements whereby payments of the Base Monthly Rental and impound payments, if any, are transferred by Automated Clearing House Debit directly from Lessee's bank account to such account as Lessor may designate. Any delinquent payment (that is, any payment not made within five calendar days after the date when due) shall, in addition to any other remedy of Lessor, incur a late charge of 5% (which late charge is intended to compensate Lessor for the cost of handling and processing such delinquent payment and should not be considered interest) and bear interest at the Default Rate, such interest to be computed from and including the date such payment was due through and including the date of the payment; provided, however, in no event shall Lessee be obligated to pay a sum of late charge and interest higher than the maximum legal rate then in effect.

PAYMENT OF RENTAL AND OTHER SUMS. In the event that Tenant shall fail to pay any rental, property taxes, operating expenses, or any other sums or charges, or any portion thereof, accrued or due pursuant to the terms of said Lease, including without limitation any obligations incurred by Tenant as a result of a hold-over beyond the term of the Lease, then upon written notice to Guarantor by Landlord as herein provided, Guarantor shall within 5 business days pay to Landlord or Landlord’s designated agent any and all such amounts as may be due and owing from Tenant to Landlord by reason of Tenant’s failure to perform.
PAYMENT OF RENTAL AND OTHER SUMS. All rental and other sums which Lessee is required to pay hereunder shall be payable in fu1l when due without right of setoff against any other claim against or indebtedness of Lessor. Lessee shall, at Lessor's request, establish arrangements whereby payments of Basic Monthly Rental can be transferred by wire or other means directly from Lessee's bank account to such account as Lessor may designate. Any delinquent payment (that is, any payment not made within the period specified in Section 23) shall, in addition to any other remedy of Lessor, bear interest at the rate of 18% per annum, but in no event shall Lessee be obligated to pay a sum of interest higher than the maximum legal rate then in effect. Monthly Percentage Rental shall be made coincidental with Lessee's submission of monthly reports required in Section 4(b).

PAYMENT OF RENTAL AND OTHER SUMS. All rental and other sums which CEDCO is required to pay hereunder shall be payable in full when due without right of setoff against any other claim or indebtedness of GELLC. CEDCO agrees to account to GELLC for all Gross Gaming Revenue.CEDCO shall cause GELLC to be paid the Rental Payments pursuant to provisions of the Loan Agreement and the Depository Agreement.

Any delinquent payment (that is, any payment not made within five Business Days after the date when due) shall, in addition to any other remedy of Landlord, incur a late charge of five percent (5%) (which late charge is intended to compensate Landlord for the cost of handling and processing such delinquent payment and should not be considered interest); provided, however, in no event shall Tenant be obligated to pay a sum of late charge higher than the maximum legal rate then in effect.
PAYMENT OF RENTAL AND OTHER SUMS. In the event that TENANT shall -------------------------------- be in Default of its obligations under the Lease to pay any rental, property taxes, insurance premiums, or any other sums or charges, or any portion thereof, accrued or due pursuant to the terms of said Lease, then within fifteen (15) days following written notice to GUARANTOR by LANDLORD as herein provided, GUARANTOR shall, by certified or cashier's check, or in such other manner as LANDLORD may demand, pay to LANDLORD or LANDLORD's designated agent any and all such amounts as may be due and owing from TENANT to LANDLORD by reason of TENANT's Default.
