Payment of Sanctions. Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for payment of any monetary sanction assessed against Customer by WECC pursuant to the WECC Reliability Criteria Agreement. Any such payment shall be made pursuant to the procedures specified in the WECC Reliability Criteria Agreement.
