Common use of Payment of Service Awards Clause in Contracts

Payment of Service Awards. If awarded by the Court, the Service Awards shall be payable from the Settlement Fund within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date. The Service Awards shall be sent to the Named Plaintiffs through an ACH Transfer or check.
