Common use of Payment of Service Awards Clause in Contracts

Payment of Service Awards. If awarded by the Court, the Service Awards shall be payable from the Settlement Fund 30 days after the Effective Date of the Settlement. At least 30 days prior to payment of the Service Awards, Class Counsel shall furnish Defendant’s Counsel with all necessary payment, routing, and tax information for the Class Representatives to facilitate the transfer.
