Common use of Payment of Supplementary Xxxx Clause in Contracts

Payment of Supplementary Xxxx. 6.9.1 Buyer may raise a "Supplementary Xxxx" for payment on account of: i) Change in Law as provided in Article 8, or ii) pertaining to open access and scheduling related charges for transmission of the power, or iii) other charges, if any. and such Supplementary Xxxx shall be paid by the other Party. 6.9.2 Buying Entity shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary Xxxx raised by the Buyer to the Buyer’s Designated Account by the Due Date. 6.9.3 In the event of delay in payment of a Supplementary Xxxx by either Party beyond its Due Date, a Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly Xxxx in Article 6.3.3.
