Common use of Payment of Supplementary Xxxx Clause in Contracts

Payment of Supplementary Xxxx. 13.9.1 Solar Power Developer may raise a ("Supplementary Xxxx") for payment on account of: a) Adjustments required by the Energy Accounts (if applicable); or b) Tariff payment for change in parameters, or c) Change in Law as provided in Article 15, or 13.9.2 ESCOM shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary Xxxx raised by the Solar Power Developer to the Solar Power Developer's Designated Account by the Due Date. For such payments by ESCOM, Rebate as applicable to Monthly Bills pursuant to Article 13.5 shall equally apply. 13.9.3 In the event of delay in payment of a Supplementary Xxxx by either Party beyond its Due Date, a Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly Xxxx in Article 13.4.
