Payment of the Reimbursement Request. The City shall endeavor to disburse the Funding requested by Funding Recipient pursuant to the Reimbursement Request within thirty (30) days from the City’s receipt thereof or such other period as the City shall determine, in its sole reasonable discretion, would allow the City sufficient time to undertake its review of the Reimbursement Request and all supporting and other documentation required to be submitted to the City pursuant to this Agreement in connection with the Reimbursement Request.
