Common use of Payment of valuation expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of valuation expenses. Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s obligations under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 21.3, the Borrower shall, on demand, pay the Agent the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent under this Clause and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.

Payment of valuation expenses. Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s obligations under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 21.3, the Borrower shall, on demand, pay the Agent the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent under this Clause (no more than twice per year unless an Event of Default has occurred which is continuing) and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.

Payment of valuation expenses. Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s 's obligations under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 19.3 and 21.320.3, the Borrower shall, on demand, pay the Agent Lender the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent Lender under this Clause and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party the Lender in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.

Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s obligations under Clauses 20.218.2, 20.3 18.3 and 21.319.3, the Borrower shall, on demand, pay the Agent Lender the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent Lender under this Clause and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party the Lender in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.

Payment of valuation expenses. Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s obligations under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 21.3, the Borrower shall, on demand, pay the Agent the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent under this Clause for the purpose of the annual valuation referred to in Clause 15.8 and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party each valuation referred to in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.Schedule 4, Part

Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s Borrowers’ obligations under Clauses 20.220.2 (Costs of negotiation, preparation etc.), 20.3 (Costs of variations, amendments, enforcement etc.) and 21.321.3 (Miscellaneous indemnities), the Borrower Borrowers shall, on demand, pay the Agent the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent under this Clause and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.

Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s 's obligations under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 21.3, the Borrower shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 15.9, on demand, pay the Agent the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker shipbrokers or expert experts instructed by the Agent under this Clause and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.

Without prejudice to the generality of the Borrower’s 's obligations under Clauses 20.218.2, 20.3 18.3 and 21.319.3, the Borrower shall, on demand, pay the Agent Lender the amount of the fees and expenses of any shipbroker or expert instructed by the Agent Lender under this Clause and all legal and other expenses incurred by any Creditor Party the Lender in connection with any matter arising out of this Clause.
