Payment of Working Dues. The Engager agrees to deduct working dues as directed by Equity from the Artist's weekly in-town contractual fee and remit same to Equity in accordance with the provisions of Clause 13:15. Any problems encountered with respect to dues deductions must be settled by the Artist with Equity directly and not with the Engager.
