Payment on Temporary Assignment Sample Clauses
The 'Payment on Temporary Assignment' clause defines how and when an employee or contractor will be compensated while working on a temporary assignment outside their usual role or location. Typically, this clause outlines the pay rate, any additional allowances (such as per diem or travel expenses), and the schedule for payment during the temporary period. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand the financial terms of temporary assignments, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring fair compensation for work performed under different conditions.
