Payment or Notice on Saturday, Sunday, Legal Holiday. If the date of any payment or the giving of any notice under the Note or this Agreement shall be (a) a Saturday, a Sunday or a legal holiday at the place where payment is to be made or notice is to be given or (b) a day on which banking institutions at the place where payment is to be made or notice is to be given are authorized by law to remain closed, then such payment or notice shall be made not later than the next preceding business day which shall not be a day specified in (a) or (b) above.
