Saturday and Sunday. Work Week: Five (5) consecutive days per week, Sunday to Saturday. Work Day: Seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per day. Any shift starting after 12:01 p.m. will receive a shift premium in accordance with Article 13.01 ii).
Saturday and Sunday. When work ceases or cannot commence because of rain, employees shall continue to be paid in accordance with this Agreement but must remain at the Project. After four (4) hours of paid time, employees may be released. Employees shall be paid for the hours they are required to remain at the Project with a minimum payment of four (4) hours.
Saturday and Sunday assignments shall be voluntary, either as a part of a regular load or as an overload, and shall not be used for load adjustment except by mutual consent of the first-level manager and the bargaining unit member. For every weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) a faculty member is assigned the faculty member will not be scheduled during an equivalent number of weekdays (Monday through Friday). This arrangement must be mutually agreed to in writing by the faculty member and the first-level manager.

It is agreed that when a Holiday falls on Sunday to Thursday, it shall be observed on the day of the Holiday or per Article VI, Par. 6 and, providing the employee complies with Article VI, Par. 3, he/she will be paid ten (10) hours for that Holiday. If the Holiday falls on Friday or Saturday, the employee will be paid eight (8) hours for that Holiday.
Saturday and Sunday. 16.14 The Employer will endeavour to arrange shift schedules so that all employees will receive one (1) weekend off every two (2) weekends.
Saturday and Sunday. Shifts Employees whose regular work day includes work for Saturday and/or Sunday shall be paid one (1) hour’s pay for Saturday and/or Sunday so worked.
Saturday and Sunday hours may periodically be necessary due to emergency services and are a normal part of the employee’s job. The workweek shall commence on Saturday at 12:01 a.m. and conclude the following Friday at 12:00 midnight except all 3rd shift hours are deemed Friday hours.
